 UK Customers: Please note that all orders are subject to a processing time and your selected postage service (Tracked 24/48) refers to the postage aim, from when your order is dispatched.

Selecting Tracked 24 does not mean that you are guaranteed to receive your order the day after the order being placed.

We aim to dispatch all orders (that do not include bags/personalised items) within 3 working days. It is usually quicker than this, however during big launches and restocks, this may extend slightly, due to large numbers of orders, and us being a tiny 2 human team. Please bear this in mind when placing your order, especially during these times.

 Please note that Tummy Pads, Clips & Port/Catheter Covers are pre-made, therefore it is not possible to guarantee that we are able to match requested colours. Whilst we will try to do what we can, we cannot guarantee this, as it depends on the current stock.

The pattern placement and popper/clip colour may vary, and the colours/placements shown in pictures are an example of some of the possible combinations.

We always aim to match the poppers/clips as well as we can with the colours available to us and the stock we have available at the time.
