 UK Customers: Please note that all orders are subject to a processing time and your selected postage service (Tracked 24/48) refers to the postage aim, from when your order is dispatched, NOT from when it is ordered.

Selecting Tracked 24 does not mean that you are guaranteed to receive your order the day after the order being placed.

We aim to dispatch all orders (that do not include bags/personalised items) within 3 working days. It is usually quicker than this, however during big launches and restocks, this may extend slightly, due to large numbers of orders, and us being a tiny 2 human team. Please bear this in mind when placing your order, especially during these times.
