What are Tubie Cheeks?
Tubie Cheeks are non-sterile adhesive dressings, designed to brighten and secure essential medical tubes and wires, whilst making them look less medical and more fun!
When will I receive my order?
Our dispatch aim is within 3 working days for standard orders including Tape & Tummy Pads. Orders containing personalised fabric items (bags, babygrows etc.) or pre-order irems have varying turnaround times, which can be found on the listing for each item.
We aim to dispatch all orders well within this time frame, however during extremely busy periods (especially after a big restock or launch) or due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take slightly longer than this.
Please keep an eye on our social media pages for any updates or information regarding dispatch times/delays.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of Tubie Cheeks, we are unable to accept returns on any of our products.
Refunds/replacements will be considered in the event of a fault with the product that is caused in production or during the postal process. We will require a detailed description and photographic evidence of the fault before a refund is issued or replacements are sent.
Is the tape
waterproof?
The designs on Tubie Cheeks are waterproof and the strips themselves will survive through bathing/showering/swimming as long as they are not vigorously rubbed/pulled/peeled and do not have soap applied to them.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a 20% discount on Tubie Cheeks tape that is being ordered by, or is being donated to a hospital/hospice/nursing team/charity. All we ask is that the order is made using an official email address for the recipient organisation, or that the order is addressed directly to them. What are your Tape & Pads made from?
Tubie Cheeks tape is created using Hypafix medical grade retention tape. This is a woven, breathable adhesive tape, used widely in hospitals.
Our Tummy Pads and Trach Pads are backed with lovely, soft, bamboo towelling, which is great for both comfort, and absorbency. Our Tummy Pads are topped (printed side) with either a supersoft velour fabric, or a canvas-like polyester fabric (we call this our 'standard' fabric on listings), depending on the option that you select when purchasing. Out Port/Catheter covers are also backed with the same bamboo towelling and topped with the supersoft velour.
Can I customise my products?
Our fabric items, bags & boxes can be personalised on each listing.
We offer personalised Tubie Cheeks Tape and all of the information on this can be found in our Facebook group (Tubie Cheeks Group).
Please note that Tummy Pads, Clips & Port/Catheter Covers are pre-made, therefore it is not possible to guarantee that we are able to match requested colours. Whilst we will try to do what we can, we cannot guarantee this, as it depends on the current stock.
The pattern placement and popper/clip colour may vary, and the colours/placements shown in pictures are an example of some of the possible combinations.
We always aim to match the poppers/clips as well as we can with the colours available to us and the stock we have available at the time.
