Turnaround, Delivery & Shipping Information

Our dispatch aim is within 3 working days for orders that do not contain personalised items (bags, albums etc)

and is currently 4 weeks for personalised items - please note that items ordered with a personalised item will not be dispatched until your personalised items are ready to go.

Please note that during very busy periods (especially after big restocks and launches) this may increase.

Please note that the delivery aim for your chosen postage option is the delivery aim (not guarantee!) given by Royal Mail and does not include our turnaround time - e.g. if you select tracked 24, this is a next day delivery aim from dispatch, not from placing your order.

When your order is packed, you will receive a dispatch email - this will also contain your tracking number, which you can use to keep an eye on the progress of your order. Your order will then be posted no later than the next working day. UK customers should also receive emails and/or texts from Royal Mail regarding your delivery.

Please ensure that your postal address and email address are correctly entered at the checkout. If your email address is incorrectly entered, we will not be able to contact you and you will not receive your confirmation and dispatch notifications. If your postal address is not entered correctly or is incomplete, you risk your order being delayed or arriving at the wrong address. Tubie Cheeks will not be responsible for this. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrectly entered address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Delivery Aims:

Tracked 24 - Next working day from dispatch

Tracked 48 - 2-3 working days from dispatch

International tracked/signed/tracked & signed - 5-7 working days

 

Royal Mail will consider an item lost if they are not delivered within the below timeframes. if your order has not been delivered within those timeframes, please contact us and we will chase the relevant people and work with you to replace your order if required

Tracked 24/48 - the due date plus 7 working days

Europe - the due date plus 20 working days

Rest of the world - the due date plus 25 working days
